• PAYMENT METHODS
  Our preferred method of payment, and if you wish to order directly from the website, is via PayPal. This allows us to accept payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or from your PayPal account. We will also accept personal cheques and postal orders. If you wish to pay by personal cheque or postal order you will need to send us an email detailing which products you would like to order, along with you name and address details. We will then email you back to let you know the total cost of the order. Cheques and postal order should be made payable to 'Emma Darban' and your name and address should be written on the reverse side of the cheque. If paying by cheque your order will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.
  
  
• PRICING
  All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (£). If the price is changed during the time you place your order and receive your order, we will honour the original price. Postage and Packing charges will be added to the order value at the point of check-out.   All the products sold on this website are guaranteed against original defect in workmanship or materials. We will repair or replace any defective item, at our discretion, provided that fault has not been caused by what we consider to be 'fair' wear and tear or misuse. If you feel that you have cause for complaint please contact us immediatley and we will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
